We have radically overhauled support service to provide a more targeted, more focused and reliable support to GREEN GLOBE 21 Members. This includes the global headquarters staff, regional partners — particularly in the Asia Pacific — development of national Green Globe 21 directors and local representatives in key markets. At the same time our EMS and Certification support is also being strengthened.

Most of the support will be provided over the WorldWide Web with different levels of password protected information and real time research service. 24hr E-mail response is the norm. We have particularly targeted cost saving, market promotion and regulatory responsivenes as the key areas and have put in place a global network of advisors to ensure that GREEN GLOBE 21's services are leading edge and practically oriented. At the same time through GGv Sustainable Tourism Laboratory and CRC Tourism we are plugged in to the major research networks and have world experts in heritage, development and ecology involved in the process.
